About Me

Engr. Kayode is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. He has a Masters in Business Administration from the same institution. Kayode has over twenty-five years of working experience in different companies, where he has handled various responsibilities, including project management, design, and construction. He is a registered corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (No. 16,538) and a member of the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN, R13,850).

He has undergone various trainings in project management and IT. He formerly headed the Project and Structure Finance Department of Refuge Home Savings and Loans Limited, a Primary Mortgage institution, from where he was seconded to head CMS Properties Limited (a real estate development company), a subsidiary of Refuge Home Savings & Loans Limited. He left the management of CMS Properties Limited where he worked as the Director.
