He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B Hons) from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2002. He possesses an MBA from the University of Aston, Birmingham, UK, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK.

Mr. Olaitan has over 30 years of experience in the Nigerian banking industry covering commercial, merchant, and mortgage banking activities. He is a focused and result-oriented professional with wide and varied experience and exposure to major supervisory responsibilities spanning over 15 years at the top management level with outstanding achievements.

He is currently the MD/CEO of Global Trust Savings and Loans Limited. He has worked with Suburban Trust Savings and Loans Limited, Stallion Home Savings and Loans Limited, Metropolitan Bank Limited, Skye Bank Plc, Universal Trust Bank, and United Bank for Africa Plc.

He belongs to several professional bodies like the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and Chartered Institute of Bankers London, British Institute of Management. He has also attended several renowned training locally and internationally.
